We have uploaded our own songbooks as ChordPro files into Planner so we can use them in both Charts and Presenter. However, we are missing a simple way to view and manage these files.
Currently, all imported songs appear in one large, unsorted list, which makes it difficult to navigate when working with multiple songbooks. We also lack a way to assign tags, labels, or categories to a large group of imported files at once. This would help us keep different songbooks clearly separated.
In addition, we have accidentally uploaded the same songbook twice, or imported a new bundle by mistake. There is currently no easy way to undo such an action. The only options are to delete each song individually or reset the entire Planner database and start over.
Feature requests:
- Add better file management for imported songs
- Allow sorting, grouping, or filtering of personal song libraries
- Enable bulk tagging or categorization of imported files
- Provide an option to undo or bulk-remove an imported song bundle
These improvements would make it much easier to manage larger personal ChordPro libraries inside the Worshiptools ecosystem.
