Cursor Visible Briefly at times on Projector Screen

From time to time our cursor is visible on the projector screen during church. Any ideas why?

This sounds like you're moving your mouse over to the projector accidentally. Your projector display is just a second monitor that is an extension of your computer screen. By default, your second display is usually extended to the right, so if you move your mouse over to the right border of your main display, it crosses over to the projector display. There is options to change the orientation to make it harder to accidentally do that. In the multiple display settings, where you see the representation of your monitors (the blue squares with the numbers on them), you can drag those around to tell your computer how you want their borders to touch. Like instead of just side by side, you can drag your second monitor upwards so that there's less of a border between them, and your mouse will only be able to cross over at the very top right corner of your main screen.

One way to picture it is if you had 2 pieces of paper side by side. You could draw a continuous line across the 2 pages without lifting your pen. But if you slid the right piece of paper upwards so that there's just the corners touching, you won't be able to draw a line between them without lifting your pen.
