I would like to upgrade from Pro to Pro Plus, however, when I subscribed to the monthly Pro version, I also chose the Loopcommunity Credits as an add on. Now that I want to upgrade to Pro Plus (Annual) It will not let me unselect the LoopCommunity Credits. There is no option, it just automatically adds it. I have put in a request to support, however, no response over the weekend. Anyone else have this issue?

Loop Community has responded to your email about the issue and resolved it so you shouldn't be charged again for the Credits add-on. If you run into any other issues with it, respond to that Credits email and we can help.
