Acknowledgment of song writer, CCLI number to appear on song slides

How do I turn on acknowledgement of songs on the first or last slide of the songs? When importing from songselect and adding to cue list, acknowledgment doesn't display on song slides?

If it’s not appearing, the setting may have been turned off manually. You can re-enable it in your Presenter settings under the Defaults tab, within Song, Scripture & Slide Defaults.
