Disable slide text in "livestream" lower third template

Is it possible to disable slide text when using the lower third template override?

My livestream video happily displays the lyrics from the songs keyed over the live video in the lower third of the screen. Then we advance to a slide with text (not lyrics) and the text is keyed in the same position as the main audience output, sometimes over the presenter's face. This leaves me scrambling to turn the keyer in my ATEM off. I'd like to have the option to leave the keyer on during the whole presentation and just have the lyrics appear when we get to the songs.
