Notes linked to teams

You can already upload attachments to service plan but I do not believe it is possible to write out notes and link it directly to specific teams.

Could you add a feature for a notes section that can be added to the teams and be printed out on the service order?

If you click Edit to the right of the service date, you will see a spot to enter Notes. These notes will be visible to anyone looking at the service and will be included in the printouts too

Planning Center has a notes section that can be linked to a team (ie. Production Team, Worship Team etc).

Is it possible to link a plan note to specific team and have those notes be shown on the service order for the associated team?

All teams see the exact same service when they open up Planning. You can specify what team the note is for at the top of your note but it will be visible to everyone that has access to that service. For private communications, please use Planning's Messages feature to send the team a message.
