Lost Services?

I haven't logged into Presenter in a while, and now none of my past Services or uploaded media are visible on my account...did they somehow get deleted?

How long is "a while"? Two months? Six months? Six years? If it's been over two years, your things may very well have been deleted, though you should have been notified. About 2 years ago I got an email that my account was going to be deleted because I hadn't logged in for 2 years. I had been just looking at the Worship Tools features and wasn't using it. I logged in and have kept it active since then, and nothing has been lost. If it's been less than 2 years, your things are probably still there, just hidden. I suggest that you contact Support directly, so they can look at your account. https://www.worshiptools.com/en-us/help/contact

after years of dependability, I just lost my entire library of songs and set lists. I logged in two days ago and everything was fine. now I have to find a new program and start from scratch.
why isn't there a cloud back up option? or even a device backup option. this is very frustrating and I have to redo my entire list before tomorrow morning worship.

This is a user forum. We can usually help with how-to questions, but for your situation you should go straight to support. Most likely your stuff is still in the cloud on the Worship Tools servers, but for some reason you're not able to access it. If you go to https://www.worshiptools.com/en-us/help/contact and click "Send us a message" you should get a pop-up to do that.
