Lost Services?

I haven't logged into Presenter in a while, and now none of my past Services or uploaded media are visible on my account...did they somehow get deleted?

How long is "a while"? Two months? Six months? Six years? If it's been over two years, your things may very well have been deleted, though you should have been notified. About 2 years ago I got an email that my account was going to be deleted because I hadn't logged in for 2 years. I had been just looking at the Worship Tools features and wasn't using it. I logged in and have kept it active since then, and nothing has been lost. If it's been less than 2 years, your things are probably still there, just hidden.
