Inset New Item at the top of the queue instead of at the bottom - or insert below the selected cue (like in Presenter)

Enhancement Request - In the Planning application, the "Add Item" button is at the top of the page. It adds the new item at the bottom of the queue of items. That requires a lot of scrolling when inserting items near the top of a cloned session. Could you change it to add the new item at the top of the queue (near the button to Add Item) instead of at the bottom of the queue? Or better yet, insert the new item just below the current item - which would be consistent with adding a cue in Presenter.
