Automatic planning system?

Now that I am going to plan the people for the next few months I am wondering if there is an automatic way to let the system make a schedule. Is there a way to let the system do that?

I wanna highlight that scheduling is the absolute weak spot of worship tools planning.
1. The lack of automated scheduling creates a lot of work for schedulers in an area that could so easily benefit from using a role and load balanced auto-entry system.
2. The inability to recognise if various roles an individual may have either conflict or coincide (eg. Vocalist and instrument coincide, whereas worship team or kids/youth team conflict).
3. A flag if someone has been scheduled more than a preferred amount.
Plus numerous other features that do exist in other systems…

I have been asking for this feature ever since Planning was released, and so far have only ever heard "use the scheduling matrix", "clone the services", or just crickets.

I truly don't expect anything extravagant or fancy, but there should be at least some sort of functionality for recurring/repeating/cycling a schedule. Whether this would be similar to calendar events where I schedule Sam for this Sunday, and then say recurring/repeat every X weeks until Y date, or something different that allows recurring/repeating the schedule for a role/team.

I love the concept of planning, and the feature set they have built is great. But I dropped back to pro from pro plus because I wasn't seeing improvements in the core functionality of their apps, instead it seemed like we were spreading wide and far expanding, without actually refining and completing what they started. I'd switch back in a heartbeat if they fixed the scheduling, but I need to see some sort of recurring or autofill/complete feature added for this to make any sense.
