Automated scheduling

I wanna highlight that scheduling is the absolute weak spot of worship tools planning.
1. The lack of automated scheduling creates a lot of work for schedulers in an area that could so easily benefit from using a role and load balanced auto-entry system.
2. The inability to recognise if various roles an individual may have either conflict or coincide (eg. Vocalist and instrument coincide, whereas worship team or kids/youth team conflict).
3. A flag if someone has been scheduled more than a preferred amount.
Plus numerous other features that do exist in other systems…
As a professional database designer I feel that these features should not be beyond reach of normal product development and would add so much value to the Planning app usefulness.
