Why can't I find it on Planning?

I can download the chords and lyrics from WorshipTools but I don't won't to go to all the work to import it to find you do have it in your database.

It looks like CCLI covers the use of this song with their licenses but they do not have lyrics and chords for this song on file in their SongSelect library. This is why the song is not available for import into the Planning app.
