why can't I open presenter?

I can't open presenter, it keeps looping to the login screen > launches presenter after logging in > asks to login. Please help.

I'm going to assume that you're using the 2026 version. Is this the first time you've used the 2026 version? Do you know exactly which version of 2026 you have? The first thing I'd try would be to uninstall Presenter, download a fresh copy from the Worship Tools website, and install it again.
