What is Rehearse?
Rehearse is an online tool for your worship team to learn and practice their parts at home, meaning they can come to church ready for worship. It includes a huge library of built-in rehearsal tracks and allows your team to hear a mix focused on any individual instrument part on demand. The Rehearse player works in any modern browser across the top worship platforms and allows you to change the key and loop song sections with ease.
How do I access Rehearse?
Once subscribed, Rehearse can be accessed directly within SongSelect. Simply find a song which shows the ‘Open in Rehearse’ button to begin practicing. You’ll also be able to take advantage of your Rehearse subscription at LoopCommunity.com, as well as the WorshipTools Planning & Charts Apps, with no additional purchase necessary.
Where do the songs in Rehearse come from?
The library of rehearsal tracks comes from Loop Community. With a Rehearse subscription you’re able to access all available Premium, Community, Enhancement, and Lite Tracks as often as you’d like for a huge number of worship songs. A RehearsePlus subscription grants you additional access to original Master Tracks so you can practice along with the original recording.
What is the difference between Rehearse and RehearsePlus?
Rehearse includes access to pre-set mixes, Lite, Enhancement, Community, and Premium Tracks. RehearsePlus includes everything in Rehearse, plus original Master Tracks and the Dynamic Mixer, which lets you adjust the volume of any instruments you’d like in real time.
Can I share Rehearse with my team?
Yes, a Rehearse subscription includes access for your entire worship team, so all your musicians can more easily practice at home.
What is the cost to add more users to Rehearse?
There is no additional cost. Every Rehearse plan includes unlimited team members — no seats to buy — so you won’t be charged more just because your worship team is growing.
Can I use Rehearse without an internet connection?
An internet connection is required to access Rehearse, as the practice audio files are streamed.
Can I load my own songs into Rehearse?
No, with Rehearse you can pick any song from our comprehensive library of rehearsal tracks that are purpose-built for practice. Loading external audio files is not possible.
Do I need a Church Rehearsal License to use Rehearse?
No, a CCLI Rehearsal License is not required to access the Rehearse tool, as all content within Rehearse is fully licensed. If your church shares audio files with your worship team via email or worship planning software, the CCLI Rehearsal License covers these activities.
Do I need to report usage for Rehearse?
No, there is no need to report usage for Rehearse.
Can I download audio files from Rehearse?
No, at this time Rehearse is streaming-only. You are not able to download the Up & Down Mix files.
What is the difference between Rehearse and the CCLI Church Rehearsal License?
Each includes its own rights and benefits, and you may or may not need both. Rehearse is a streaming tool with a built-in song library that makes it easy for your worship team to practice their parts. The CCLI Rehearsal License allows you to legally share audio files with your worship team via email or worship planning software.
Does Rehearse integrate with service planning tools?
Rehearse works seamlessly with Planning by WorshipTools.com. Integrations with other third-party tools, such as Planning Center, may be available in the future.
