Presenter's Settings menu offers a range of customizable options.
In this article, we will review the General Settings menu, detailing each option. To access these settings, click on the ⚙ gear icon located in the upper right corner, and then select Settings.
General
- Language: choose from the Language drop-down menu to change the default language for your Presenter. You can read more about language options here Presenter UI Languages.
- Blank Slides: configure how your Presenter should treat Blank Slides for songs and scriptures in your services. Options include starting and ending with a blank slide, using both, or disabling the blank slide option entirely.
Screens
- Screen: configure your screen setup for Presenter, such as the output, adding new screens, and turning off Stage Display. Detailed information can be found in the Screens & Displays support docs.
Service
- Service Settings: Here, you can set default settings for your services. Options include a transition time, background media and configurations, as well as assigning a template for Alerts and Countdowns.
- Service Types: When you create a service in Presenter, the default service type will be 'Sunday Morning.' The free version of Presenter only allows this single service type. However, if you upgrade to a WorshipTools Pro or Pro Plus subscription, you can unlock additional service types.
Song
- Song Settings: edit settings for songs in your services by using one of the three default templates, set a maximum number of lines per slide, and enter your Church Copyright License number to display on the song slides. Visit the Manage Templates article for more information about Presenter Templates.
- Song Slide Labels: customize tags for different song sections such as adding a label, color, or assign a keyboard shortcut.
Scripture
- Scripture Settings: assign Presenter to use a Bible translation from the list of options
- Bibles: manage, download, or import various Bibles purchased through your WorshipTools account
Media
- Media: toggle on or off the ability to allow external media to the cloud for use in Presenter
Stage Display
- Stage Display: add a default template to the Service Items for your Stage Display
Connections
- Connections: add an external connection point, such as SongSelect, to Presenter
MIDI
- MIDI: connect and customize an external MIDI connection
Copyright Display
- Copyright Display: assign a default font, font size, position, etc. to your copyright display in your Song Slides
After customizing Presenter to your preferences, remember to click Save in the bottom right corner!
