Import Lyrics from Other Programs

Easy Worship

  1. Launch Presenter and log in.
  2. Click the ⚙ gear icon located in the upper right corner, then select About Presenter.
  3. Click Import Song Lyrics from other software
  4. In the Import Songs pop-up, choose Import from EasyWorship
  5. A dialog box will appear, allowing you to select the song files you wish to import. You can typically select the following directory as the database directory: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Softouch\Easyworship\Default\v6.1\Databases\Data.

Note: lyrics can be imported from EasyWorship 7. EasyWorship 2009 databases must be upgraded before importing.

OpenLP

  1. First, export your song lyrics as XML files from OpenLP. Here’s how to do it.
  2. Launch Presenter and log in to your account.
  3. Click on the ⚙ gear icon located in the upper right corner and select About Presenter.
  4. Choose Import Song Lyrics from other software.
  5. In the Import Songs pop-up window, select Import from OpenLP.
  6. A dialog box will appear, allowing you to choose the song files you want to import from the OpenLP XML files you exported in Step 1.

ProPresenter 6 and 7

  1. Launch Presenter and log in.
  2. Click the ⚙ gear icon located in the upper right corner, then select About Presenter.
  3. Click Import Song Lyrics from other software
  4. In the Import Songs pop-up, choose Import from ProPresenter
  5. A dialog box will appear, allowing you to select the Pro6 or Pro7 song files from ProPresenter that you want to import. Typically, you can find your ProPresenter songs at /Users/:yourUserName/Documents/ProPresenter6 or /Users/:yourUserName/Documents/ProPresenter7 on MacOS.

SongBeamer

  1. Launch Presenter and log in.
  2. Click the ⚙ gear icon located in the upper right corner, then select About Presenter.
  3. Click Import Song Lyrics from other software
  4. In the Import Songs pop-up, choose Import from SongBeamer
  5. A dialog box will appear, allowing you to select the .sng song files from SongBeamer that you want to import. On macOS, you can find your song files at /Users/yourUserName/Documents/SongBeamer/Songs.

SongShow Plus

  1. Launch Presenter and log in.
  2. Click the ⚙ gear icon located in the upper right corner, then select About Presenter.
  3. Click Import Song Lyrics from other software
  4. In the Import Songs pop-up, choose Import from SongShow Plus
  5. A dialog box will open, allowing you to import .sbsong files from SongShow Plus.
